History: Franz was an art history teacher with a dark secret. As a youth, his brother fell off a cliff and died trying to get a doll to get sexual pleasures from a girl. Blaming all of the opposite sex for his psychological damage, Franz vowed to kill any girl he saw and/or interacted with.

Notable Kills: Death by ascot. Really want that etched on the tombstone, amirite?

Final Fate: Before he can kill any more people, Franz is confronted by an investigator, and in the ensuing struggle, is ironically hurled off a cliff.

Powers/Abilities: His signature weapon is his strangling red and black ascot.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-His usual weapon of choice is a tad bizarre, but that's part of the appeal. There's also the fact that he looks like a well-dressed gimp most of the time. Hrmm...

Trivia: -This film is known in Italy as "The Bodies Bear Traces of Carnal Violence".
